Club Lotto.
Last Monday’s winning lotto numbers were 3-4-14-15, and there was no winner. €20 winners were Mary Herlihy, Teresa Ahearne, Larry McGrath, Paula & Ella McGrath, and Sylvia Allen. Next week’s jackpot will be €2,700.

Junior Football Co. Final.
Well our day of destiny has arrived, despite injuries, draws, replays etc, we take to the field this Saturday 2nd November in search of our third ever Junior Football county title, and our second final in two years. We have a chance to atone for last year’s loss against the Eastern champions Ballyduff East, and it throws in at 7pm in Fraher Field. Injuries have been a factor in this year’s championship, with around six first choice players missing from the Western final win. But despite the setbacks, this team has proven very resilient, and have been very impressive in some of their games this year. It’s a young team, with four teenagers in or around the team, four players who were U-21 last year, but a few more senior players also available, and a good mix in between. It was great to see so many supporters last week in Fraher Field for the Western Final, so let’s hope we get plenty of support again this Saturday and hopefully we can bring the cup back to the three parishes. ‘Hon the Shamrocks!

Congrats Ladies!
Once again our juvenile lady footballers have been showing the way forward, with the Shamrocks Ladies Minor football team defeating Clashmore in Knockanore to reach the county final next Sunday. At time of writing I don’t know the time and venue of their final, but hopefully we will find out during the week. Go Shamrocks!

Condolences.
The club would like to offer our sympathies to the Motherway family on the passing of William Kelly, Glencairn last Friday. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam.
