Lotto

Numbers drawn on Monday 3rd February were 4, 15, 16 and 28. There was no jackpot winner (€4,500.) €20 draw winners:Mary Hayes, Liam Casey, Gio Allen, James Dalton and Kieran/Elaine Ahearne. Next week’s jackpot is €4,650 and the draw will be on Monday 10th February.  .

Waterford Under 20 Football Panel

Congratulations to Shamrocks players Kieran Crawford and Liam Motherway who are both part of the Waterford Under 20 Football panel for 2020.

Hurling Management 2020

Pa Walsh has been appointed as the trainer of the intermediate team for 2020. His selectors are Martin O’ Keefe, Peter Morrison and Bernie Kelleher. Liam Dalton will manage the Junior C hurlers and his selectors are Kieran Ahearne and Mike Leahy. Best wishes to all our management teams in hurling and football for the year and thanks to all involved for agreeing to take on the roles.

Training for all players (intermediate and junior) is in the field this Friday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 12 noon.

Club What’s App

Any Shamrocks member wishing to join the club’s what’s app group or text message group for notification of fixtures, results and club information must give consent to join the group. You also must be a paid up member of the the club to be included.  If you wish to join the what’s app group please contact Martin Delaney (087-2434994) or Brian Harnedy with your name and details.  To receive text messages please contact John O Donovan.

Last Man Standing

Ed Lonergan has organised a Last Man Standing competition as a fundraiser for the club. It is €10 in total to enter and each week the entrant must pick 1 winner from the weekend premier league games. If the team the entrant  has chosen draws or loses the match, the entrant is knocked out. Once a premier league team is picked on one occasion by the entrant, that team cannot be picked again for the duration of the competition. The competition continues until there is only one person remaining or if two or more  entrants remain until the very end the pot will be spilt evenly. The last person standing will win €500, please support. Entrants must be signed up before February 21st  and you can sign up through any Shamrock player as each player should have a card  with the rules and the fixtures for week one.
